Anita has been helping people reach their fitness goals since 2003.  A certified personal trainer, kickboxing coach, indoor cycling instructor, comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, TRX trainer, and yoga teacher, Anita can basically give you jello legs in any class. She’s a firm believer in functional fitness and cross-training, so don’t be surprised if you see her at the front of a Reformer class for one hour, and doing pushups with you in the next. Basically, she’s your fitness BFF.
